At Hello Hope Therapy, I’ll guide you through an interactive experience, you’ll get out of it what you put into it. I definitely don’t just sit there and nod my head and say “mmm-hmm” and “how does that make you feel”. During our session, it’s all about you, it’s time to air out whatever’s been weighing on you, what’s hurting or even exciting you. My goal is to help you be seen and heard in a non-judgemental carefree space. Cry, laugh, even curse a little, it’s all good here.

True understanding empowers us to identify toxic cycles and make healthier choices. To uncover the pain points that keep holding us back. Hope is available and healing is possible. I’d love to help you on your journey.
